Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipping to PO boxes is available for all products except large-sized bags (which require a physical delivery address).

Order Tracking
- After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
- For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Production Started", "Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
- You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
- If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Shipping Notes
- All structured hats are shipped in reinforced boxes to maintain their shape; silk scarves and shawls are packed in dust-proof bags; leather bags are enclosed in protective sleeves to prevent scratches.
- Please inspect the packaging for damage before signing for delivery; if damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- During U.S. peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) and holidays, shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 business days, subject to courier notifications.
